  • $20/hour monthly payouts

Payment Breakdown

  • $20/hour for booked sessions.

  • Affiliate compensation: 10 % commission for referred client bookings.

Application Requirements

  • Provide past work samples (portfolio, showreel, etc.)

  • Submit a resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience.

Standards for Acceptance

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

  • Strong portfolio with diverse samples.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and software.

Roles and Duties:

Videographers

  • Film music videos live events, studio sessions, and promotional content.

  • Provide raw footage and edited deliverables.

  • Maintain studio camera equipment.

  • Collaborate with clients to plan shoots and understand project goals.

Photographers

  • Conduct portrait, product, and event photography.

  • Deliver high-resolution, edited photos.

  • Handle lighting setups for shoots.

  • Assist clients with creative direction during shoots.

Editors

  • Edit videos, photos, or audio based on client needs.

  • Deliver polished, publish-ready content.

  • Collaborate with clients for feedback and revisions.

  • Ensure all final content adheres to branding guidelines.

Graphic Designers

  • Design branding materials, event flyers, and digital graphics.

  • Create mockups for client approval.

  • Ensure designs align with client and Kre8 Place brand.

  • Keep up with design trends to offer innovative solutions.

Lighting Directors

  • Manage lighting setups for shoots and events.

  • Conduct safety checks on equipment.

  • Provide creative lighting solutions tailored to each project.

  • Train other team members on proper lighting techniques.

Dance Instructors

  • Teach classes for various skill levels.

  • Prepare choreography for members and performances.

  • Provide feedback to students to improve their skills.

  • Develop new class concepts and routines.

Music Producers and Audio Engineers

  • Record, mix, and master tracks in the studio.

  • Maintain and manage audio equipment.

  • Assist clients in achieving their creative vision.

  • Provide technical support during live recordings.

Podcast Producers

  • Assist clients in planning and structuring podcast episodes.

  • Record, edit, and mix podcast audio.

  • Offer guidance on microphone techniques and delivery.

  • Ensure final episodes are optimized for distribution platforms.

Set Designers

  • Design and build sets for photo and video shoots.

  • Collaborate with clients to meet thematic and creative needs.

  • Maintain and organize studio props and backdrops.

  • Ensure all sets comply with safety standards.

Music Instructors

  • Teach individual and group music lessons for various instruments.

  • Develop lesson plans tailored to student skill levels.

  • Offer guidance on performance techniques and practice strategies.

  • Prepare students for live performances and studio recordings.
